"One Month later & still nothing"
I was prescribed an RX on Nov 5th 2024. my CC was charged the subscription fee. and as of today Dec 2 2024, I still have not received the RX.
The initial RX Tracking stated it was delayed (aka lost) for 5 days. Upon requesting a reorder or refund, it took 9 days for HIMS to process my request (reorder) and an additional 4 days to ship it. The new package is now showing delayed again. Most likely I will stop using HIMS and go to an alternative company as they can't seem to use a reliable carrier
