HIMS.is not what they seem...this company is a scam...what they do is they put a little section in your agreement for them to charge you anytime they see fit and then refuse to refund your money...look at reddit...you'll see this story again and again...these people are scum. I promise you they will scam you...took their product for 5 months saw no difference didn't want anymore but they still forced me to pay for more but instead of sending more they'll agree to refund a small percentage of your money since they know you don't want the product...it's garbage man do some digging you'll notice the reviews are fake.

After reading these reviews I am lucky as I never got that far as I signed up for treatment and then when asked to schedule appointment for phone interview the system would not work, wrote and wrote got 0 customer service and they would not give straight answers. Over a week and never got figured out, called support and talked to ONE helpful person that felt bad but really did not know what to do. A company of this size can't figure a tech problem out? Sounds like I dodged a bullet after reading these, I went with a competitor and things are great.

The treatment was working well but the customer service was terrible. Asked for a review four times, I filled it out 4 times and they still said I hadn't completed the review. This delayed my next shipment which I had already paid for and it didn't arrive in time. I still didn't receive the shipment and had to ask for a full refund and leave Hims, the staff were useless and didn't show any concern. Avoid like the plague, go to Manual.

The hims company is a scam operation. The pills don't work. Nobody answers the phone in customer service. The hair products don't work. The company thinks it real "cute" to not capitalize the "H" in their name. I smell DEI hires abounding in this dysfunctional outfit.

Proceed with caution here. I tried the product and it did not meet my needs. I called them and canceled prior to them shipping another order. This was a few months ago. Now I am being drowned by spam emails that all reference HIMS. I’m talking 5 plus per day. I keep blocking them but they send more from a different email address.
