It was a great experience. Very clean cottage. The porch area was not so clean because it was covered with a yellow dust which we had to clean.

"Awesome cabin for two people and dogs"

This cabin is perfect for couples who have dogs. We stayed the weekend, and the cabin had everything we needed, including a beautiful backyard for our 2 dogs. One thing worth mentioning is that this cabin does not have AC, so it does get really hot and stuffy during hot summer days. If you’re out all day and you keep the windows shut, you will come home to a very warm home. It does cool off pretty quickly, if you open the windows and the back door. Everything else was awesome!

Location and easy check-in. The cabin was dogs friendly and the accommodations were more than expected.

Big Bear Cool Cabins did a fantastic job communicating check-in, check-out and very responsive to calls and emails.
The cabin suited our family well. Loved the downstairs and game room. The mattresses are just okay and the carpet should be switched to vinyl or replaced. Overall, we loved it!

Terrible!!!!
And was charged $75 to relocate because the cabin was disgusting, switched to another one under construction couldn't even get into the place with no stairs then switched to the third location that had spiders and dead bugs in the window sills and mosquitos flying around inside!

We rented two separate cabins for one night each. Both were great accommodations; my family and I enjoyed them both. The first had 180 views of the lake with deck access and early morning fishing. The second was newly updated with beautiful kitchen and theater room. I wasn’t crazy about paying two cleaning fees, but that’s my fault for not booking all at once. Other than that, great experience.
