Glam corner is very reliable and full of outfit options to choose from when I’m organising for a night out. It’s my go to my place for dresses , the plus side is I don’t have to leave my house. Having the option to order two outfits to decide from is such an added bonus . I love it.

There's not much I can say about GlamCorner besides the fact that their service was nothing short of excellent. I needed a dress to wear for one of my university balls and I can't tell you how many compliments I got. They have such a wide range of designers (my favourite is Talulah!) which allowed me to pick from several options. I was worried about the availability of my dress size (12) because most rental stores usually don't carry it, or if they do they're plain and unexciting, but that wasn't the case with GlamCorner. I'm not the kind of person who usually writes reviews if services are good, but I was SO satisfied that I found it necessary! An easy, simple dress exchange that left me feeling good. I will 100% be using them for all of my uni events in the future. Thanks so much GlamCorner!

I rented this gorgeous ball gown for an event I worked at. Getting so many comments from my work colleagues & our guests. It was a PERFECT fit could not have done better, so stunning, comfortable & very happy with the on time delivery & easiness of the return process. Would definitely recommend this dress for any ball, formal, work event, black tie event, gala! Stunning.

Glamcorner is the best! So many different styles to choose from for all different occasions. The try on service and back up option just makes the whole process so easy! Returns are simple. I have recommended Glamcorner to so many of my friends who are now also hooked on hiring instead of buying!

Would love to review the “Daphne Lace Midi Dress - Bordeaux” - except I never received it.

Ordered my dress to arrive on a Thursday, via Auspost Parcel Locker.
Thursday mid-morning arrives. Still no notification that my order is on the way.
Email the company. Turns out the previous customer returned my dress late - so I wasn’t going to be receiving my dress that day. So much for the accessories I bought to specifically match the dress originally ordered.
As compensation, offered an alternative dress, plus a backup dress free of charge.
Thursday evening comes. Get a call from the courier. They don’t know how to work Auspost Parcel Lockers. Said they would deliver the dress to my work during business hours the next day instead.
Next day (Friday) arrives. Followed up the courier in the morning. Told the dresses would not arrive that day. I needed a dress for that night. Asked for a refund.
Have a meltdown. Panic shop for a dress at the last minute - defeating the whole purpose of going through Glamcorner. While shopping I get a call from Glamcorner offering to deliver the dresses by 2:30PM. Redirected the dresses to a house address, hopefully making it easier for the courier to do their job.
3:00PM… nothing
3:30PM… nothing.
4:00PM… nothing.
4:30PM… dresses finally arrive.
Even without it on, the zipper of one dress was extremely hard to do up. I settled for the other.
All in all, I am too traumatised to ever consider using Glamcorner again. I would not recommend it to others. It’s disappointing that I was the one who had to bring my late order to their attention. A professional company would proactively alert their customers when they aren’t going to receive what they paid for. Not sure what would have happened had I not emailed them the morning that my dress was supposed to arrive. That should serve as enough warning to anyone reading this.

Can’t say I didn’t try. I really wanted to like Glamcorner. I put my faith and trust in them, only to be let down at every step of the process. It’s a shame that my memories of the event I intended to wear the original dress to, is now tainted with the stress and inconvenience I endured beforehand.

So, take caution. If you really must order from Glamcorner, make sure to have a back-up outfit in case the product you order doesn’t arrive at all, and in case the replacements arrive horribly late. And even then, that’s only if you point out your late order to them in time to be mucked around.
