I chose this company initially due to their wide choice of jewellery offered.

It took me a while to choose, as this piece of jewellery would be more precious than anything else I had.

I was also dreading handling my dad’s ashes.

But I didn’t need to worry about this. The instructions and process was so straight forward and easy to follow.

I was kept up to date about my order, and when I emailed with a query I had a prompt reply and felt their service was really personal.

I had a few pendants made by Ashes into Glass. The jewellery is absolutely beautiful.

I sent my pet's ashes off in December after he passed away unexpectedly. I was informed of every step along the way. When the ashes were received by AIG, I was emailed and so knew they were safe, so this was especially comforting.
I was told when I could expect the item to be made so I wasn't left wondering, and once production began I was contacted again.

All in all I really appreciated and adored the transparency and would absolutely use this company again. I chose a glass bead for a Pandora charm bracelet and every time I look at it I get to remember my sweet little Charlie and couldn't be happier.

The remaining, unused ashes were returned to me and wrapped back up with care and beautiful presentation.
