"Haven’t received my order and it’s been…"

Haven’t received my order and it’s been over 2 weeks. I was told that it shipped when the tracking number shows that it hasn’t.

I ordered a sweatshirt one day before their listed cutoff for Father’s Day. My item didn’t arrive until over a week after Father’s Day. Customer service was difficult to reach and was not very communicative. I struggled to get a straight forward answer and updates about the status of my order. According the picture above and item description, I thought I was getting a hooded sweatshirt. When I received my item, it was a pullover sweatshirt. I contacted customer service, they argued with me and the entire ordeal left a sour taste in my mouth. Because of the poor customer service, I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future.

Being a first time buyer I was a bit skeptical. However, this sweatshirt is absolutely beautiful. A wonderful memento for the loss of my boyfriend of almost 11 years. I will be ordering more. This is a gift for his mother’s birthday and I myself want one. I know that it will be worn frequently and cherished dearly. I will also be having others made for other family. The quality is exceptional and the company got every detail I asked for. The price compared to other’s I looked at was much cheaper yet the quality much higher.

"Sad twist of a ruined gift"

The product arrived pretty quickly but that’s the only positive thing. The quality was dreadful and not at all the quality or detail showed on the website. I reached out requesting some more changes be done before it was sent out, they said they did and one of the sweatshirts didn’t even close to what I was sent as a sample design. Was really excited for this product as it was meant to be an anniversary gift. Have tried to get in contact with customer service about possible return or changes, but haven’t heard anything back. A real waste of $80.00 sadly!
