Waited 3 weeks for my granddaughters 1st birthday gift. When I called to Check status I was told that it was on back order for at least two months. I was told that someone was supposed to reach out at the time of my order but that didn’t happen.

I placed my order online once I completed my order I realize I ordered one too many of the sheets, able to call and immediately speak to customer service representative who fixed my order. My order arrived on time and exactly what I wanted.

I'm disappointed that I have ordered three (3) Puzzle name step stools and have not received them yet.
One was ordered in December, 2022 and I still have not received it.
I ordered two more in the beginning of February and I still have not received. I do hope I receive them soon.
I do love the quality of the step stools and that is why I continue to order them from you. But, the waiting time is not very good.

I liked that I was able to customize the size of the cradle mattress. However, access to my account was complicated--I had to actually put something in my cart and click through to pay and then log into my account. I am still not able to just log into my account.
My account never showed that my items were shipped--always in process. When I called directly the person I spoke to had limited information. My order was placed on February 2. I called on February 13 for an update since nothing seemed accurate on my account page and was told I'd have my items around the end of the week--February 16. My items finally arrived February 24.

"Not what I expected"
I ordered a customized mattress,it wasn't cheap and the mattress arrived with a cut in the plastic cover. I try to reach customer service and they never answer my emails. I wasn't able to sign in to my account to see the status of my order i try to reach costumer service but i never got a replay. It just appear on my door one day.
