Was looking for a pair of Hoka One One Speed Instinct 2’s in UK size 8 after reviewing on Hoka’s Site and were sold out.
After a quick google search i came across a hand full of company’s with them in stock one being URS. If you feel ordering clothing from a Google suggested is a bit of a gamble you are not alone, so i read some past reviews and the company seemed legit, i made my order and as promised my shoes and Drymax socks arrived after two days. To my delight a bonus extra had been sent, a Chia snack bar, delicious!
After a day of walking around the house within the shoes I wasn’t convinced i had the right size, I wrote an email to Keith expressing my thoughts asking if a pair of 7.5’s could be sent so as i could wear besides each other in comparison. Keith replied to my email within the hour and said my request wouldn’t be an issue. I paid for the 7.5’s and they were delivered the very next day, a Saturday. I was given 5 days grace to try on and compare the shoes within my home and returned the 8’s 100% satisfied.
Keith went above and beyond to ensure of this satisfaction, thank you Keith.
I will definitely use his company Ultramarathon Running Storeagain in the near future, you should too.

Needed some new FRA qualifying Waterproofs with taped seams, found quite a lot of online providers lacking in detailed description of items i.e. whether taped seams or not, UMRS clearly stated details, Also needed items for upcoming race in the next few days. Found some Inov8's on UMRS at a great price, ordered at 2.58pm, delivered the following day at 9am. Will look to use UMRS again for more kit.

"Bought Hoka One One Bondi 5's"

Bought Hoka One One Bondi 5's in size 12, after chasing Keith for stock levels via a few back-and-to emails. They arrived two working days after I ordered them, but unfortunately the fit was too small. I returned them and had the 12.5 Wides sent out immediately, arriving the day after Keith received my returns. The 12 wides fit comfortably around the lower foot but are loose around the ankle (even with the bunny ear lace-up), but this is an error on my part, and the risk of buying new shoes online. The customer service, patience and speed of reply will definitely have me coming back for my next pair, thanks Keith.

"After one run in my new Hokas"

After one run in my new Hokas, I soon realised that they were too small. I returned them for a possible exchange, being entirely honest that they had been used, however briefly. Although I did not get an exchange, I was not disappointed in Ultramarathon Running Store. The shoes did show some wear, so I understand. It was my mistake wearing them outside.
The main things are that the price was excellent, delivery quick and Keith even posted them back to me for a second time at his own expense and did not make an issue of it.
I will definitely consider Ultramarathon Running store for myself and my wife in the future. I will also recommend them to friends who run.
