Was a good company now ruined by an ignorant and aggressive manager. Left my Karacher on for repair. It was running but not turning on straight away. First bill was £25.00 got it home zero change still the same. Back again £82.00 bill got home funny enough still the same initial fault now the lance was hissing. Spoke the manager from the offset aggressive. accusing me of damaging the machine since it left, "it is what it is mate.. ". Back for the third time 70 odd pounds. This time I had the pleasure of meeting the manager face to face. He lived up to expectations the most ignorant man I've come across. I asked what happens now if this doesn't fix the machine. His advice was scrap it or take it back to where you bought it. The anger in his face was boiling over serious anger issues. The only thing he has managed is to ruin what was a good company. Needless to say i'll never be back, zero customer service.
