Amazing experience ! Would highly recommend ! Great hands on interactive time with baboons and vervet monkeys ! Got a better understanding of how important it is to support animals that don't have a voice . I spent 2 months as a volunteer at Riverside and enjoyed every minute , I made great friends for life and like Lynne and Bob always say I'm now part of their extended family xxx

"Amazing experience but not sure about the project"

I had the best time in Sri Lanka! This was largely due to the people and places that I visited.
I paid a large amount of money and promised many things however I ended up having to pay for my transfers, I was told there would be wifi but there was none at all and the project was not very efficient and effective.
I would highly recommend visiting Sri Lanka but I am not sure about the project and the price of it!

I cannot speak highly enough of Oyster Worldwide. I participated in their Whistler kids programme 10 Years ago, then my two younger siblings did the same thing after me after I had such an awesome time! They have grown a lot since I went on my Gap and I always keep up to date with their new projects and maybe one day I will do another! These guys know their stuff!

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Oyster Worldwide! They ensured I had everything I needed before I went & also during my time in Romania volunteering at the bear sanctuary in Zarnesti - no stone was left unturned to ensure everything fell into place. Nothing was too much trouble & everyone had a smile on their face, including seemingly the bears! Great organisation took away the stress of arranging a trip to a foreign country. I will definitely be using them again!

The overall experience and project were fantastic and I couldn't fault the staff I was placed with at turtle trax at all, they were fantastic. However there were some communication problems between oyster and turtle trax with regards to arrival times and food requirements of other volunteers.

The trip I went on was possibly the best experience of my life, the team and the experience where faultless. Oyster where supportive through the entire thing and organised everything brilliantly and made me feel like I was in control the entire time. I have and would recommend this to anyone interested in animal welfare.

Ouster was really helpful and informative throughout my whole experience (before, during and after!) I was very prepared for my travels thanks to oyster and the amazing team they have. All and more of my questions were answered very quickly and also helped with my parents worries. Would highly recommend (especially if you're a first time lone traveler like me!)

I volunteered as an English teacher at a school just outside Arusha. I taught at a primary school and really enjoyed my time in Africa.
