We are an OTT Film Festival that is online and when we were looking for private labeled solutions, MUVI really met requirements from all aspects. First, the functionality that MUVI provided was 100% suitable for what we were looking for. Second, the pricing was very attractive. Third, the interaction with the staff has been excellent, right from the CEO down to the individuals that worked on our projects.

Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.

"My great experience with muvi"

My story began three years ago, during the pandemic. I am a teacher who create educational video for student and sell them online. I was using zoom for that purpose but I faced a problem that my content was screen recorded and published on the Internet, so I looked for a company to protect my content and prevent the screen recording, movie did a great job with that with the best price ever.
I would rate my experience with the movie as a five star for sure, their team the solution they provide, and the product is the best , also whenever I face a problem or I need help, there’s support team is always there for help.
I would recommend movie for everyone.

The platform worked seamlessly on all TV and mobile devices. Content Management Interface was also easy to understand. The team was flexible to develop custom features for us. The default user interface is good , but i would suggest modernizing the interface.

Muvi has good templates to quickly enable your OTT platform. It easier to do customization to the website and launch your business. Through CMS it is easy to setup website, create new pages, integrate payment gateways, uppload video and enable smooth journey for customers.

They are reachable over tickets and thier responses are fast and accurate.

What do you dislike about Muvi

There could be more templates which are generic and not only digital entertainment specific.
Lack of more start up friendly payment gateways like razorpay.
