"Great customer service regarding returning articles…"

Great customer service regarding returns. Have previously ordered shoes and boots at Filling Pieces and have always liked their style and quality. I ordered a third pair of white and green sneakers, but there was a defect in the leather causing it to tear. Unfortunate, but it can happen. Contacted customer service about my problem and they helped me with the return process, after having talked about and proven the defects in the shoe.

Sending two pairs of shoes in two parcels. Returning both but need to pay twice for returns. In total 22€ for just trying on shoes. Will not order again.
