Despite my busy schedule, I made the effort to communicate these issues and proposed a mutually beneficial solution, considering the possibility of retaining the shoes for occasional use. However, the compensation offered, a mere 30% discount, was insufficient to cover the cost of a replacement pair.

As a loyal customer of over eight years, I have witnessed a decline in both the design and quality of your products, coupled with subpar customer service. Consequently, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction and terminate my patronage of your brand.
