"The size was smaller than usual"

The size was smaller than usual, the heel slipped even though the shoe was smaller. I did not dare to order a bigger size because of the heel. The shoe was beautiful though, a pity the fit was not so good

Purchased two months ago and the shoes haven’t arrived. Customer service couldn’t give me a tracking number and now have stopped responding to my emails. Extremely frustrating.

The quality of the shoes are poor. Two pairs out of five didnt last three days.

The return process (when not having the orginal box) is too long considering they delivered shoes that broke. I need to find a new box and fill out different forms in order to return them. Not good enough in my opinion.
