"Great Service, But Installation Couldn't Proceed"

This is a great service. The installer arrived on time and was very polite. Unfortunately, I don’t have running water in my garden—the main reason I wanted the water butt—so the installation couldn’t proceed, as it couldn’t be placed near the mains. I’m not entirely sure I understand the reasoning behind this restriction. Please let me know if this changes, as I’d be very happy to have a water butt installed in my garden to help with growing plants.
