"Awful Customer Service "

Had an awful experience shopping with Garmentory. The item I purchased did not work out and I notified them of my desire to return the item within their return policy period. I had come down with an illness and sent the item out a week after notifying the merchant. However, they were unwilling to refund me the item. Now they are in possession of both the returned item and my money. It was a large purchase for me and so now I have been left extremely frustrated and upset. You can often find items offered by Garmentory on sites such as Mr. Porter, SSENSE, or any other large department store (which all offer easy and hassle free returns). I would hate for anyone else to have to go through a similar type of trouble. Please make your purchases elsewhere.

Ordered my item on 12/18, didn't ship until 12/30. Their shipping is absolutely atrocious, would never order from these people.

"Illegal selling tactics…"

Ordered a purse as it was marketed as made and designed in Paris, France. Received what looked to be a purse from the sale bin at H & M. Label inside says “Design Paris. Made in Tunisia” on a flimsy fast fashion looking label. Extremely upset about this crap purchase for not only that reason, but to make matters worse Garmentory refuses to take any accountability after I made them aware of the situation. Final sale is null and void when they allow illegal practices and I am going to do whatever I can to get my $$$ back!
