Generally quick to respond but I had situations where submission deadlines were missed or communicated to me last minute.

IT systems need some work, had same reminders being sent continuously for months although the issue was resolved. The portal od Not as user friendly as being advertised, considering this is build in-house, I should see some updates after pointing out limitations/incorrect behaviour. This has not happened.
