Arrived safely in time and on the due date. The Product was well packaged and performed as anticipated upon installation. Obviously early days as yet but for now well satisfied.

These are scammers of the highest level. I paid 441 pounds for preorder. I did not receive the goods in the agreed time and they do not refund my money. Order ref.: #6427. Their website offered to pay the full amount. I would have lost over £3,000
I waited quite a long time, but the money was not returned. I repeat that these are SCAMMERS.

Dire company and the owner is unbelievably arrogant.
Lies about stock and delivery dates. Refuse to communicate with customers by phone as they're too busy. Avoid like the plague as if they ever do get any stock (months later) they will no doubt increase the agreed price.

"They sold me expensive kit without very important cables that can’t be purchased seperately so my kit is useless."

I have purchased complete kit of GivEnergy 9.5Kw battery & inverter plus additional 9.5Kw battery. I had to wait very long time to get all of the parts and when I have booked electrician to install the kit he told me that I don’t have one of the most important parts - GivEnergy cable that connect batteries with inverter. That cable is currently not sold seperately and every shop states that it can be purchased only with a battery and inverter. Nobody at ITS Technologies told me that the „complete set” I purchased does not comes with that crucial part and the kit is useless without it. Now every place I look after that cable states that I is sold only with a battery and inverter and cannot be purchased selerately! Because I stil don’t have complete kit both batteries were not installed and I don’t have a place to store them. Very stressful experience and I’m losing money because I can’t use my batteries at all. I have sent a messsage to this shop but they didn’t answered and don’t answer my calls neither.

I waited since 13-June-2022 for some batteries on a £3200 order. Lied again and again that they have stock issues. 3 months later they are asking me to wait more. Of course they never gave me anything. Waiting now for a refund. Avoid or use on your own risk. I'll never use them again!

Delivery date missed after confirmation, not because of stock shortages.

Very difficult to communicate with - rejecting all phone calls and not responding to emails until it is too late.

Top class service from the team again. Pre ordered my battery, Alpha-ESS while waiting for stock to arrive, paid my deposit and waited until the item was in stock and delivery was confirmed.
Item arrived on the day stated and well packed onto a pallet. Driver really helpful .
This is my second battery from this company and would recommend them without worry.

Delays and then increased price despite having taken a deposit at time of order. A company that wont honour its word after a deal is agreed, or they are deliberately misleading on price! I wont be dealing with them again!
Order was for pylontech batteries when i called them they blamed supplier for price increase...
