"Don't buy if you care about damage."

Ordered bunch Boardgames from this store. Saw some people complain about their shipping coming in damaged.

So I decided to pickup. Was handed a pre-packaged paper bag home. Opened and half of my boardgames were worn and dented and bruised.

We emailed back and forth a few times doe them to ultimately say it's cosmetic damage so they won't exchange.

But why are they selling cosmetic damaged items as new? And not labeling it as such.

Horrible experience with prismatic evolutions from these ppl. I bought my product back in October when they didn’t have a restriction of how much you could buy and of course at a cheaper price.

Today they refunded most of my order so they could resell it at 150$. I bought 40 boxes and they left me out with 10… claiming that was their policy. I spoke with a representative 2 weeks ago on the phone and he said that my 40 boxes will be fulfilled.

Horrible people that don’t appreciate their customers. I asked them to refund all my future orders as well as I don’t recommend them for being shady.

Amazing experience shopping here, there’s lots of great deals and was able to find the items I was looking for cheaper than ANYWHERE else. Speaking on some other reviews here as I saw quite a few talking about this: obviously not everything will be on sale or have all items always below all other competitors, they’d go out of business! I wouldn’t pay too much attention to those reviews and take a look for yourself on the site. I would highly recommend checking out this store for all your hobby needs!

I placed a large order during their Black Friday sale, their prices changed over night during their own sale, I had to fight for a refund for the difference and was only given store credit. I also paid for upgraded 2-3 day delivery, and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later. They have poor customer service and hide behind their anti-customer policies. I regret giving this company my business. I'll stick to my local hobby stores in the future.

I asked my wife for Wolverine hobby boxes as a Christmas present. They were advertised at $157 but ended up being $210 when she went from basket to check out with no clear explanation as to why it was more expensive. I brought this to the company's attention and they addressed and resolved the issue quickly reimbursing the difference. It's great to see customer service like this as it is very uncommon these days.

I ordered something on their website and there was a problem with not receiving an order number, but I had been charged for it. I thought I had lost my order and my money. I emailed the support line and they were fantastic with helping me out. They found my order and sent me a new confirmation that it was on the way. Very friendly and easy to reach out to. "Invasive Cookies Bait n Switch Marketing "

Bait and switch pricing and non stop email. I never gave them any of my information or agreed to sign up for any newsletters. I visited their site for a breif moment. Afterwards I receive non stop emails telling me they see I am looking at other items and I should buy from them. Their cookies are very invasive. They will not stop harassing me. in 24hours I have received 7 emails from them. Even after unsubscribing I cannot get them to stop harassing me
