"Bad customer support experience."
I had a disappointing experience with customer support. My package was held up at the airport because Hobbiesville failed to include the required customs invoice. Unfortunately, I had to resolve the issue on my own, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Due to this lack of attention to detail, I do not plan to order from this shop again.

I purchased sleeved Pokémon booster packs, Lorcana binder, sleeves and a booster box of the newest set on November 8th. I also paid for quick shipping on the items in stock, while the items that we're pre-ordered became available, which at that point then they would ship to me. Owning an e-commerce business in Canada I understand the issues with shipping via Canada Post however, I was not notified my order would have delays until I contacted them (they used UPS not Canada Post to ship so this shouldn't be an issue anyways). I also requested if my items weren't being shipped separately, that I be refunded for the extra shipping which they did no problem. It is now November 18th, my items are yet to be sent out, tracking has notified me that the label has been created but that is the extent of the process so far. The estimated shipping date was November 15th (1-3 days), which we are past now. Not only has it not been shipped, it hasn't been processed. Assuming that it will take the 1-3 days once shipping has begun, this is a 13 day turnaround to receive my product. This is the second time buying from Hobbiesville but the first time that I have been left disappointed by the services. If you know you are going to experience issues and delays, please inform customers prior to, or at the minimum, after the purchase as a courtesy of good business. I have no intent to ruin/tarnish reputation of Hobbiesville, they sell good products. My goal is to share my struggles as a customer and provide feedback to help improve the business.

First time visiting the store to pick up an item I couldn't find anywhere else. They were selling it at a good price too, and they fulfilled my order the same day! The store looked great - I'll definitely be back!
