"I could not have cleaned my garage…"

I could not have cleaned my garage without this company! My cleaners were friendly, flexible and focused. It was rainy and I was worried but they were pros and easily maneuvered the situation. I loved the detail of vacuuming and washing my garage and that they organized my bins as well. The only regret is not adding trash hauling. For the amount of money I paid hauling a certain amount of trash- like the number of bags they’ll provide- should automatically be included and it should only call extra for big furniture and other items. I’m so grateful! My garage is clean, deodorized and ready for the New Year!

"Scheduling can be difficult"

Scheduling was a big problem initially. Due to weather had to reschedule. There was an issue with the actual date of the rescheduled appointment. I called to confirm and didn't get an immediate response from the owner Solomon Peterson. The cleaning team reached out and confirmed the date but of course chose a date that conflicted with an appointment I already had. With the agreeable weather and pending Thanksgiving holiday I didn'twant to reschedule a second time. The cleaning team Naheem and Michelle were great. They were patient, kind and very professional. They helped me get things sorted and organized despite having to put all the trash back into the garage due to the rules of my HOA. Trash pick up is Tuesday, they were here on a Sat. They made it very easy for me and I couldn't have done it without their help.

I am extremely disappointed with the way WeCleanGarages.com, particularly its owner Solomon Petersen, conducts business. We had been engaging their services for several months, and it was all sunshine and rainbows until Solomon decided to cease our business relationship. What followed was a nightmare of unprofessionalism and irresponsibility.

The crux of the issue lies in an outstanding invoice of less than $500, which has been pending since May. Initially, Solomon gave us his word that the payment would be made within 30 days. However, as soon as that deadline came and went, he conveniently vanished from our communications. When we reached out for an update, he had the audacity to request more time to settle the invoice, citing various excuses that seemed to be pulled out of thin air.

Months dragged on, and every time we inquired about the payment, Solomon Petersen had a new excuse ready. His latest excuse is the most absurd yet – he wants to pay the invoice "little by little." Little by little? Are we running a charity here? This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable from an established company, and it raises serious questions about their integrity and commitment to fulfilling their financial obligations.

To add insult to injury, we have attached screenshots of our conversations as evidence of this fiasco. These screenshots clearly illustrate Solomon's broken promises and evasive tactics. It's astonishing that a business owner would resort to such unprofessionalism and disrespect towards their clients.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with WeCleanGarages.com or Solomon Petersen to think twice. If this is how they treat their clients and their financial responsibilities, it speaks volumes about their overall business ethics. Our experience with WeCleanGarages.com has been nothing short of a nightmare.

"Cautionary Tale - Beware!!!"

Our negative experience with this business clearly is not a one-time occurrence or mishap, but rather a pattern of behavior. I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AND ENCOURAGE ALL OTHERS who have had a similar experience with their refund TO REACH OUT TO ME, so that I can have my attorney contact you directly.

I hope that the owner, Mr. Solomon Petersen, does not try to libel my name or discredit my claim as he has attempted to do to other customers who have left their reviews. I have included screenshots of my written communication exchanges with WeCleanGarages.com on my Google Review (this platform does not offer that feature) for full transparency and to avoid possible false statements that they may make in response to this review.

I originally had contracted this service (the $299.00 package) on 01/30/2023 as a birthday gift and surprise for my husband. A positive thought and good intention has now been turned into a nightmare. The horrible experience already started with scheduling, which lacked professionalism, responsiveness, timeliness, and consistency. Once it was confirmed that they would come on 02/18/2023 between 9AM-1PM, I received a call and text message on 02/17/2023 informing us that they "wouldn't be able to do the job this weekend" and that they would have to reschedule for some time in April! I cancelled the service and asked for a refund on 02/17/2023 and was told that I would be receiving it within a week/5 business days. As you can see in the screenshots attached to this review, I did not receive the refund in the quoted timeframe and was then newly quoted that "the refund will be finished by the end of the month" of March. Then in April I was again quoted a new time frame stating that "before April is over you will have it back." which needless to say did not happen. On 05/02/2023 I was told that they would commit to "begin payment back today via CashApp until the balance is paid in full", which once again is a commitment that they have not kept. We received a CashApp payment of $50 on 05/02/2023, and a payment of $20 on 05/15/2023. No other payments have been received to this date and they have been dragging the refund out since February 2023. As you can see, we have been more than patient and understanding with this company. We have given them ample opportunities to make this right. I informed WeCleanGarages.com on 05/15/2023 that I was giving them until 05/19/2023 by end of business day to refund the remaining $229.00 or I will be pursuing legal action. Payment has not been remitted.

I should have done my research about this company beforehand, because I would have read so many reviews of other customers sharing similar experiences and reporting how months/years later they still have not received their money back. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale to others who read it, so that they do not have to go through this horrible experience too.
