"They are awful"

I bought the nicest package from this group - Diamond or something. It included a complete clean out of stuff, clean of the floors, mopping, paid an additional $300 to paint my walls, and then to have them organize the stuff back in. I paid over $700 for this 4 hour service and waited 2 weeks for the appointment.
Day of appointment, which I took off work, they cancel due to Covid. Understandable. They said their crew will be out the next day.
The next day 1 guy shows up. He didn’t know what he was here to do… he didn’t know what package I got, that he had to paint, and remarked that he had been set up to fail with this job. 6 hours later my garage is torn apart, 3 walls barely painted, my floor is swept but not mopped, and I am unable to locate $700 worth of tools that I am (hoping) are somewhere in my torn apart garage.
Damon, someone at the company HQ, offered me $100 back due to the lack of delivery from his company… $100 I still have not received.
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. Do not, under any circumstance, use them. It’s better to hire a kid down the block then this service. I’m out $700 and over $700 of tools because of them. Don’t be an idiot like me.
