I came to know the company through an ad that my sister in law saw. Initially I was sceptical on the non standard service fees. After the first meeting with Andy and Pam, we were convinced that we will not be short changed of any services expected of a property agent. Andy managed to sell our HDB at the targeted price n also assisted us to buy a resale condo of our choice in a short time. Our queries were handled in an accurate and timely manner. We are constantly updated on the process of our selling ad buying. In summary, we appreciate the following:

Pam Lim of Ping Property is resourceful and patient. Asks her a lot of dumb questions and she answers them, and on many instances--she went beyond. In this day and age, having the right info and preparing customers ahead of time is so important. Their fixed fee is a plus point, because you know your payment is "capped." And back to her resourcefulness... she is connected to very efficient lawyers and bankers, so the whole "stress" of transacting a property is significantly reduced. There is no MSG in my review, every word is deliberate. Give Pam a call.

Andy and Pamela has been such a great help. Eventho during the Covid-19 it has been hard due to many obstacles allow the way they never give us less than 100%. Communicating with them is always easy and hassle free. They are such nice and down to earth people and easy to joke with but really efficient.
