We had a challenging remit, as our deadline to find a place was very tight. "Is there really good property agent?"

I’ve not been lucky with my agent and tenants until Andy and Pamela of Ping Property came. They not only managed to get me tenants for a good 2 years contract period (which is so difficult to find such commitment nowadays), they also helped me with finding contractors to clean up my unit, fixed the curtains, service the aircons. They go the extra miles to be there at the unit to help me handle and liaise with the contractors. The apps they created for me is so useful and the model of commission payment deducted from monthly rental receipt is such a brilliant idea which works for both agents and landlords.
My tenants brought in by them have been for months and payments have always been very prompt. Will continue to engage them or recommend them to anyone looking for tenants. Really worth trying.
