"Save your money"

This is the worst wine company I have ever dealt with. Order was 3 weeks late. Was left on front step, when was told to deliver next door if we weren't home. Parcel was stolen from front door, and taken to the local park, where most bottles were removed from the box. We only found where the box was, when my sons friend happened to notice it hidden under some bushes. I rang Pieroth Wines immediatly only to be told the warehouse was closed, that they will contact me the follow day, which did not happen. We are still awaiting for the remaining bottles to be picked up and a refund issued.
All they seem to want to do is replace the missing bottles and not refund.
Overall a very bad experience with this company. Do not recommend

"Indulgent evening turned into a hard sell"

Purchased at the Good Food Show we where hoping to host a lovely evening tasting and learning about wine.
Tasting was pleasant but very small quantities.
The "expert" was entertaining on his terms.
The whole evening was spoilt by the hard sell at the end that left me, the host, feeling rather embarrassed.
Delivery of the purchased wine was problematic with the merchants response rude and unhelpful.
Approach with caution and not with high hopes.

We had an interesting and pleasant presentation, with an opportunity to sample many wines. Our order was delivered on time as advised. After a problem with one item in the order we received a prompt response and replacement as well as a complimentary gift. Thanks to Roy de Castro de Sousa for dealing with this.

"not really a wine tasting just Tupperware party for wine !"

I purchased the voucher for wine tasting experience at food festival and used it for a birthday gift as we are interested in wines . I expected to learn something about the wines and their origin when and what best to drink Sadly I and our guests were sadly disappointed and we were subjected to 1.5 hours of extremely hard sell.
Minimum purchase was full case with average price of £20 per bottle, when it was clear we didn't want to buy that evening the presenter left in a huff.

"Great sales staff, customer services and organisation needs work"

Bought and paid for a 4 person home tasting. Despite the receipt and ticket being completed correctly and being carbon copy they couldn't even find a record of what I paid. After scanning the receipt, numerous emails, phone calls broken peromises and promises to phone me back its still not resolved. Sales manager doesn't call back when promised, I'm seriously considering asking for my money back as this was a gift. The cat is out of the bag now anyway as my partner found out about the surprise due to their incompetence. Really disappointed. Sounds good but my advice is to give this company a wide berth.

"Gode vine, men lidt irriterende sælgere"

Jeg har købt vin gennem Pieroth i en del år og har altid været godt tilfreds med h.h.v. udvalg og kvalitet. Priserne er i den høje ende, men så længe at kvaliteten følger med er det ok.

Mit eneste kritikpunkt er at man bliver ringet op af deres sælgere lidt for ofte med tilbud. Det kan godt være lidt belastende.

Det ser også ud til at de har sløjfet deres årlige vinsmagning, hvilket er meget ærgeligt da det var her man bestemte sig for hvad man var interesseret i.
