The process is far too long and complex, there's little explanation of how to move from one screen to the next, I had to figure the process out for myself, I got there more by luck than by judgment

Excellent service by all concerned. My fault completely booked wrong tickets. Emailed customer service, and was all sorted out very quickly.
Note to self check the tickets your buying 🙈🙈

Bought the VIP lounge. Staff on the doors weren't very clear about getting us to it and we had to speak to several before one of them could show us where it was.
Venue is great as the view from any angle is really good.
