For. £35 ticket I ended up having to pay £12 extra in various preposterous sneak fees and then the additional imposition of having to download their crummy app which ill delete as soon as ive used it. Where is my admin fee?

It feels so futile to have to complain about having to deal with these awful companies.

This is the first time I have used this App. It seems to have sorted its initial glitches out and I’ve managed to procure the tickets I wanted. I’ve yet to see how it works when I use it at the venue tomorrow.
