Eventim Apollo London has zero regard for its patriots who have paid good money to be there. Its customer service and complaint handling is non existent. One guy was carried out of the show I was thrown out of (for taking one photo) and he claimed the security had bitten him. Avoid it, swerve the gig.

The venue is beautiful, but the staff have no clue on what is happening. Are not diverse in any way when it comes to disability, I enquired about disability seating and had no response. I spoke to the staff on the day of the show and they was no help. I emailed a complaint and had a reply. No apologies anywhere to be seen. Disgusting customer service

I resent the large booking fee and having to pay to receive an e ticket when you never offer a paper ticket option anymore. Disappointing!

I gave eventim 1 star due to the additional £6.88 per ticket charges. Ticket price £18, plus Booking fee £2.88, processing fee £1.50 plus £2.50 Transaction/Delivery Fee but my ticket was not delivered, it was sent to my email as a bar code. This option could not be unselected!!! Shocking additional charges but only eventim were selling this ticket. So in actual fact my £18 ticket cost £24.88. An utter disgrace in charges per ticket. I would never choose to use eventim with rip-off additional charges but sadly they seem to have been the chosen provider for this particular gig. 3 charges all for the same thing but with 3 different names!!! is disgraceful and daylight robbery!!!! Only eventim are laughing all the way to their bank ripping off customers
