"They will not give you full refund if the venue they operate for cancel the event!!"

We bought tickets for a concert months in advance. We had a hotel reservation and a trip planned to get there. They cancelled the concert the day before, EVENTIM refunded us the value of the tickets but they still charged us the admin fee when we booked them.
This so unprofessional and unfair. If they canceled the concert they should give you full refund. So we are actually paying for something we never used.
Be aware when you use this service.

The event has been rescheduled so no fault of mine but the company will not refund the £16 fees if I want my money back. One of the fees is described as delivery but there is nothing to deliver! It’s in the T’s and C’s so not able to challenge but I find this scandalous.

Bought two tickets online for an event. On top of the cost of the tickets was: Booking fee (£3.75 per ticket); Venue Levy (£2.50 per ticket); Processing fee (£1.50); Delivery and transaction cost (£2.50 FOR ONLINE DELIVERY!). The whole process was automated and only one transaction took place, yet in effect I've been charged multiple times for this one single transaction. And they wonder why entertainment businesses are struggling these days...

Never normally pay for e-mail delivery of tickets, especially once paid a booking fee. Then try and sign you upto extortionate loyalty programme. Will buy direct in person from box office in future
