The process was fairly straightforward. But I must admit that I would much prefer you to send me my tickets so I can print them out at home as very often having them ONLY on your phone causes problems with downloads and Internet connections. It would be much better if you just sent out the tickets to print. Especially for persons who are not that understanding of phones and how to download and then show their tickets.

So easy to order, only downside the ammonut of add ons: booking fee, processing fee,charity fee (OK not too much, that one) ticket fee etc, makes a good price ticket not too good, please is there any reason for so many fees.

Quite full in the venue, guessing it must be sold out. Air conditioning slow to come on so pretty warm atr first.
Wish we had paper tickets .... but my mate has a decent phone .... I don't hence I'd always like printable e-tickets
