I ordered an Epson printer from Focus Camera through their eBay ad. When I received it the shipping box was pretty beat up and the printer had some damage on the case. I worked with Ashlie to get the machine returned to them and get a replacement one sent out. This particular printer is in short supply and when I looked at the website the following day I saw that they showed that it was out of stock. I was concerned that I would not be able to get the printer I wanted as it seemed to be out of stock everywhere. As it turned out, Ashlie had the last one they had held for me until we got the return straightened out. It was shipped out the next day and I now have a great printer that is exactly what I wanted.
