I’ve only put 1 star because there are no minus’.
The very worst company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.
1 delivery turned in to 12 over weeks and weeks of wrong items / damaged items time and time again / missing items.
I’ve incurred extra fitting charges by an experienced fitter who said he would never take a job on for a Jonas and Jones kitchen again.
No laminate worktop fitting pack so the fitter had to get them from Howdens. J&J refusing to reimburse me for this (over £100). J&J have offered me £600 but feel I am not entitled to be reimbursed for the additional labour costs because apparently, 12 deliveries, several weeks, having to keep coming off the job to purchase fitting items, and returning when each delivery arrives in hope of being able to complete the job, would not warrant extra because ‘a significant amount of the kitchen could still have been built whilst waiting for deliveries)! I have shown evidence from invoices and receipts that I have incurred a further £1600 to get my kitchen and utility finished so £600 doesn’t even cover my costs, yet this is supposed to be compensation for me??
The sales person left with immediate affect (I was left with no one to contact and only received help once I phoned The Range store)!
Email after email, hours wasted on chasing everything that were their errors.
In only 2 months, the cupboard door under the sink has fallen off and the integrated microwave the sales guy advised me to purchase leaves zero space for ventilation, meaning now I have a microwave that is unsafe to use!
The amount I’ve had to pay out could have got me a kitchen, with fully assembled units and would still have been a lot less money.
I have never left a review in my life, so this is how frustrating this whole experience is that I have to take to a platform like this.

"Worst experience of my life"
Worst experience of my life. My fiancé and I bought our first home last year. Thanks to jonas and James kitchens it has become hell. We are missing cupboard doors wall units infil panels ect. We’ve tried to contact the company but to no avail after trying for 3 months! We now cannot finish our kitchen and leaves the house unusable, this company needs to be stopped.

Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. Do not buy a kitchen of this company. The so called professional that measured our kitchen measured wrongly. Should have checked underneath sink and measured the plumbing and did not do so which resulted in him ordering a 600 mm cupboard when it should have been 700, company would not exchange or accept return instead telling us that it was our problem and we would have to pay for a whole new cabinet and doors. Spoke to my experienced fitter and was told to bodge the job
No screws or fittings with the kitchen which we were told there would be but again when we advised them we were told we had to buy the fittings.
All cabinets flat packed which we were not advised of, and both ourselves and our fitter who has years of experience expected them to be assembled.
Customer service horrendous they take your money then when kitchen arrives abstain all responsibility .
Manager refused to speak to me and contact details refused by the sales team. Basically left a very inexperienced sales adviser to deal with a very complex complaint.
Items damaged when arrived but again abstained from all responabity.
No holes pre drilled on cupboards or drawers and no template with the draws for the handles so literally guess work where to put the holes.
It has cost me a further £1500 to have my kitchen fitted as it has taken my fitters longer than it should have so had to pay for the extra time.
If you are considering buying a kitchen from this company Jonas and James/alpingham kitchen don’t save your money and go elsewhere.
