1. Efficiency
2. Clear and regular communication
3. Clear statement of method to be used by company, indication of the usual-normal-expected time frame,expectation of results including possible hinderances to a successful outcome.
Commentary on the service provided by your company based on e-mail communication
1. It is two days short of a month since fees were paid to your company without any noticeable forward progress on my case.
2. I was asked to get a Crime Number on the 24th June (by telephone) this is an acceptabe request but it was not mentioned in any introductory phone calls which should be deemed to be a clear overview of the service to be priovided.
2. On the 26th I was told that work on my dispute pack was begining - crime number not mentioned.
3. July 1 (a week after the original request !) the same task is repeated - I am supposed to report to local police station to receive a reference number! The same email includes a totally erroneous link to ACTION FRAUD UK. The subsequent explantion for this meaningless entry was less than convincing !! I am asked to present ALL bank and credit card transactions for the relevant period when in fact you only require evidence of one key financial transaction.
4. July 2nd since the same request has been repeated one week apart, I provide a thorough summary of the response by the Portuguese Police including.THE FACT that the Portuguese Police WILL NOT BE providing a CRIME numbe until they have completed their own investigation.
5. July 3rd I am told that, 'I have not received any communication from you until now '! and that is because you allowed a week to elapse after the first request for a crime number and before repeating the same request ! clearly not very interested to discover whether I had accomplished this task or not !!
11th July - I am asked can I still log in to my FX Zurich account - even asking this question indicates that you know little/nothing about the methods of the company you claim to be familar with!
12th July - I am asked if l have any e-mails regarding FXZurich - considering that at the outset time was considered to be an important factor, this tardy request shows a complete lack of any sense of urgency.
15th July - I am told that the lack of reference number is really not a problem and work may proceed without it ! On the 3rd July, I was told that my case could not proceed without it !
Summary
1. The e-mail record for this case shows a clear and consistent failure to meet the criteria given for good professional service.
2. The information provided has been contradictory and confused - failing to meet any reasonable benchmarks for professional conduct.
3. The progress on the case has been negligable.
4. The level of professional care has been sloppy and shoddy.
Conclusion
1. It is difficult to believe that you can allow such a shambolic service to trade under your name and reputation.
2. In the name of good business and fair trading, I hereby present a personal case for a full refund of fees.

After going over your case I see that we tried reaching you a number of times, we also asked you for information that you never provided.
Our contract states that we don't provide refunds.
Everything was made clear to you from day 1, however, you decided that we are a scam and decided not to cooperate with us.
We are a registered legitimate business that has helped a large number of clients get their money back and return to their normal lives.
I don't know why you decided not to cooperate with us, however, you can not put the blame on us for your lack of cooperation.

As far as professionalism and attention detail are concerned, an absolutely top-notch service.
