"They never reply to messages"

Everything great until i tried to pay which wouldnt accept payment no matter how i tried to pay (multiple cards and 3 different browsers), i messaged the patient cordinators within the site but zero reply after 3 attempts over a week.
Very unprofessional imo, not to answer valid questions just means i will go elsewhere.
I see by the reviews that you guys not answering is a common complaint.
