"Not received my full order "

I placed an order for 6 weeks tablets which totalled 42 tablets. When I received my parcel the seal was broken on the tablet box. The parcel wasn't tampered with and was fully sealed. The box of tablets inside was for 28 tablets and not 42. I sent an email straight away to anytime doctors on the 23.10.24 and I've still not received a response. They started off really professional and responded to my initial order really quickly but aftercare was appalling and I can't believe i didn't receive my full order. The tablets were expensive too.

Quick & efficient process. Does exactly what is explained. Only one niggle so far, that messages sent don't seem to be monitored & therefore unanswered, hence loss of a star. If this is sorted, then would be a 5 star service.
