What made my experience great with working with Aventura do Brazil was that our agent Charles provided us with top tier customer service (A++) by being very responsive and communicated things with us very constantly. Charles was able to help finalize our package in the given timeline while giving detailed updates. Charles worked really hard to keep our trip budget friendly and actually beat our budget by a large margin. This really impressed us! I love that Charles gave us personal and honest recommendations on restaurants in and around the area that we were staying at. Something he did that was extremely helpful was he provided examples of packages that he had created for other past clients and this helped us build our own personalized package for our trip based on the things we wanted to do. The payment process was well explained and simple to follow. I highly recommend working with Charles and his team if planning a trip to Brazil.
