I have used 3D Hubs twice for my 3D printing needs and both times I have received excellent professional service and high quality, inexpensive 3D prints. The ability to easily upload your print files to 3D Hubs and choose from a range of local printers, based on cost, material, printing hardware and location is a fantastic online service.

The process of submitting your files to a selected printing hub, communication, payment then receiving your printed parts really could not be easier. A trouble-free and seemless service.

My recommendation is to first do a small test run with a couple of small parts with your chosen printing hub so that you can determine the hub's print quality and also determine if the 3D prints need to be optimised or the design modified. Once happy with the samples and or changes you can go ahead with a larger print run so you know what you are going to get.

I highly recommend 3D Hubs for a hassle -free, professional, and cost effective 3D printing solution.

I am most impressed with the quality of the printing done by Marius of 3D Hubs. I am even more impressed with his attention to detail and willingness to communicate every step of the way to ensure that the work was done exactly to my requirements. I have had no previous experience of 3d printing or the materials, so Marius' help and advice was of great importance to enable my simple pencil and ruler drawings to be turned into real life functional small parts for a bespoke project I am building. My normal method would have been to take the drawings to a machine shop and have the items machined from steel or aluminium. 3D printing has proved to be far cheaper and more durable for my purposes than metalwork. I am excited by the possibilities of 3d printing and will be using Marius' services and expertise again.

I recently did my first 3D print job far earlier than I had expected when an idea for solving a problem was a natural for 3D printing. A couple of years ago I learned that UPS was exploring putting 3D printers in their stores and one was located in my area. Not knowing of other options, I did my first 3D print there. If was fine, but very expensive - nearly $50 for what I thought was a relatively simple print. Afterwards, when I wanted to modify the design slightly, I wondered if I could do better on price, but still keep it local. A Google search led me to 3D Hubs and, to my surprise, there were several individuals in my area willing to produce prints for others using their personal 3D printers. I picked one nearby and soon found that I had teamed up with an individual who was passionate about 3D printing and extremely knowledgeable in this area. His suggestions of what works and doesn't work, along with ideas on how to improve my design, led to a solution that was far better than I had originally imagined. I will definitely be using 3D Hubs for all my future 3D printing needs.
