Timing and overall quality were excellent. Some features were out-of-round signficantly, but we are seeing if they truly matter to our process. Probably not a huge issue though. Good overall. A to A-.

I have used the online process numerous times and was very happy with the response, product, and customer service. My business is now growing so I tried to use customer service directly, but they inflated the cost of the part by over $2/per over the online quote. I tried to order via the online quote and they cancelled my order. I do not recommend purchasing through their reps. To add, they still charged my account.
In response to their reply. I placed two orders in 2024, both with less quantity, and both were cheaper than the price they quoted me for greater quantity, one still $2/per cheaper.

Very simple quotation and ordering process. We received a great price and lead time. The CNC parts turned up on time, to spec and looking great.

I don't know which order I am reviewing, because I order a lot. Sometimes weekly. But everything has come out great so far for the price paid. I have tried quick parts, Sybridge (Fast Radius) and local shops and this is the cheapest one yet. I only use the CNC and sheet metal service. And there are a lot of options to choose from for surface finish etc. and they contact you when they have design suggestions, which is great.

"good quality parts"
good quality parts, but waaaaaay too much overpackaging. It's so so the amount of plastic and garbage that gets delivered with the parts.

The are two problems I have encountered with my three orders:
1. The parts are not made to print.
2. The CMM reports that I have requested were either incomplete or wrong. Didn’t catch the parts being made not to print.
