The print turned out so nice. I had excellent, prompt customer service with Kyle, especially while trouble-shooting some tax-exemption payment issues. The only feedback I would mention would be an idea. Maybe Protolabs could include a "proof print" feature that gives pricing for one proof print and the pricing of a larger order with the same manufacturer within 30 days. I assumed the same manufacturer that made our first print would print our second larger order at the same price per-print, but instead it was much greater. I opted to print with another Protolabs manufacturer to get the previous pricing. Anyway, just an idea to help keep consistency from an initial "proof" order to the final order.

"3D printing "
First of all, it was stated that delivery would take only one day, but the company printing was in Bucharest, so that was impossible task. Instead of one day, we received them after three. Then there was issue with color, but the ones making parts where well organised and solved it in matter of hours. Parts were sent in few separate shipments. After received them some had rough finish so wanted to smooth surface using acetone vapor, but none of parts had reaction to it. They were supposed to be printed from ASA but this was red flag that it`s not ASA, but rather more popular PLA material. After that everything started to fall apart. Replay`s on e-mails where delayed, last one took week and only when I wrote to support mail, the responsible person replied to me. Phone number provided in web page is only in Dutch and being auto-robot it has no use for anybody that doesn't understand language. Would expect it to be in English as well. This issue could have been easier explained via phone rather than e-mail. I understand taking tests may take time but not replying on emails is very bad style.
