Personally contacted by phone to tell me the hooks had been delayed but would be sent out on the 24 hour service. They arrived promptly as stated. Excellent hooks. The self adhesive element is extremely strong. They feel like they have been screwed in place.

The first Blauburg 150 calm extractor fan failed to work so emailed the company who promptly replaced it with the same fan but with only pull cord and no timer and other sensors. This second works very well.
With buy from the company again if need be. Happy customer.
