I contacted 4Seasons as I have a garden table and chairs and needed some replacement ‘feet’.

After a quick call to customer support and emailing a photo of the parts I required, together with a proof of purchase, the parts were posted out first class the next working day.

We ordered our garden furniture on Bents Garden Centre website , who were very helpful when we had an enquiry re extra seating . Shortly after ordering I received a phone call from 4 seasons explaining the delivery procedure . On the day of delivery one of the delivery guys rang to explain they were running a little late which I thought was a nice gesture. They set up the furniture on our decking , were very friendly & polite . I am very pleased with the quality of the product and also the standard of customer service from the garden centre , 4 seasons & courier

My wife and I recently purchased a 4 Seasons Outdoor dining set. It was delivered by courier - two very helpful guys - on time, updates en route, no delays, no waiting around. The dining set is fabulous and exactly as described on line. Top quality materials and assembled by clearly very skilful crafts people. We could not be happier with the choice that we made. Excellent service from start to finish. Updates on when the furniture would be delivered and installed were helpful. Drivers were polite and installed the furniture exactly where we wanted it and took away all the packaging on the day. Would recommend the company.

We received a fantastic service from 4 Seasons. One of the sections of our furniture wasn't in the van, but the driver went back and got it immediately. The furniture was installed and all packing removed. We purchased the Country Corner Suite with Teak oil. It looks fantastic and is extremely comfortable.
