After being shortlisted for a video interview, I received no further response despite numerous calls for an update. My calls were even declined and messages not answered. I rented out my flat typically during holidays and the team were very accommodating about doing this. They came to out flat to meet me and my partner and talk us through the process. They were very respectful and reassuring and we felt very comfortable letting them handle everything esp as we would be away for long periods and there might be several bookings to manage. I’ve never seen their team of cleaners clean a flat so well and so quickly and the photos were ace! It was totally hassle free and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who would be too busy to organize this themselves.
