Had an email/ communication issue with Relleb initially (due to a server malfunction) which unfortunately resulted in me losing out on a watch, but Relleb made it right and worked hard on my next purchase. Definitely later on the review front (mainly cause I don't like doing reviews!) but I can't speak more highly of the team at Relleb. It's immediately clear they have a real passion for watches and even more so for helping others. Marcel and Kenny were always happy to answer all my questions at all times the day/night (not that I was expecting that level of service) even before I even agreed to use their service. Even after everything they would continue to follow up, and made sure everything was good.

I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend their service!

RELLEB provides more than just watch authentication services, but it is that service that I had the pleasure to take advantage of so on that I will speak. I think that my experience is one you may need to hear if your are indeed thinking about purchasing a watch from an unknown seller a great distance from your home country. The first watch that was delivered to them was not consistent with the listing and DID NOT meet my required specification. Normally I'd have had to dispute this with the seller directly, provide photos, probably argue a bit, and deal with return international shipping and all related non-sense.
​ ​ ​ RELLEB took care of all of that. I didn't have to wait for my own money to be refunded before selecting a new watch which I did very soon afterwards. In the end I received a different watch that I'm happy with no concerns about the quality of the piece.
To be clear I spoke to an AD in my area about having a watch authenticated I was told they would do it but needed to send out the item and that it may take a few weeks. In my case if I went through chrono directly I would have a tough time getting a refund by the time the AD advised me of the status.
I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to reduce the risk of counterfeit/clone items as it was worth the fee charged to provide peace of mind. I still ended up saving quite a bit off the retail/AD price so all in all it was worth it.

I was looking to buy a Rolex watch because I have been interested in them for quite some time now, but I was frustrated with the buying from an AD process. I figured I would try and buy one on the gray market on Chrono24. While looking around on the gray market, I came across Relleb because I know that Rolex’s are one of the most popular faked watches around. If I was going to pay for a gray market Rolex, I wanted to make sure it was the real thing! I first reached out to Relleb and gave them the url listing and they did all the rest! Bought it for me, inspected it, sent me beautiful pictures of the movement and then shipped it back to me. It was a seemless process. It gave me real peace of mind knowing that they authenticated it. This is my first Rolex, but probably won’t be my last! I will use Relleb again.
