"Helpful visuals"

The training was very clear and engaging. The videos were helpful and had visuals helped to consolidate learning. I expected the training to be boring, but it was actually very interesting. The examples given for explaining conduction, convection and radiation were very good. I enjoyed the training and thought the test was very appropriate.

"Great Fire Warden course"

This course was well delivered and the content was easily understood. It was helpful to be able to pause the video if needed. It was helpful to have the links for extra information and the Fire Extinguisher table was especially useful to print out as a quick reference tool. I would definitely recommend this video as a Training tool.

I think that the only thing I might add to make it even better is some information about how quickly fire can spread and take hold. Previous courses have shown a video clip of a controlled blaze in a domestic setting which was a powerful way to convey the dangers of fire and the importance of quick and safe actions to reduce the risk of serious injury or loss of life.

Manual Handling On-Line Training: This course was easy to follow, whether it was the first time someone was carrying out manual handling training, or if it was to refresh techniques previously learned. The presenters spoke clearly, explaining technical terms fully. The additional information available was very helpful.
