"Company introduced something because…someone thought it was agood 'idea'"
Company introduced something because someone thought it was 'a good idea' I have experienced e-learning in care industry, it became burdensome and over massive as manager after manager introduced yet another page of a good 'idea' it was not transferable to other employers and put people off this type of work, it became a forum for company policies and 'DNA' a small industry in its own right.

"Bargepole - Wide Berth - Avoid"
iHasco have objected to trustpilot at least three times about this review so I have to edit, they object to the use of certain words claiming 'defamation'.
So, 26/3/24, Edit 3
Here are some facts;
Many of iHasco's claims are wrong, proven as such eg. iHasco claim 60% methane comes from animals, it doesn't. Even wiki is clear on that i
Hasco struggle to qualify claims made during their presentations. During their course on environmental responsibility they refer to having carried out research then fail to reveal or credit their own work, they merely cite as an authority which it is not since it is not referenced.
iHasco then make statements about drinking water, unqualified statement, energy saved from recycling 1 glass bottle enough to power a light bulb for 4 hours, unqualified, the 'plastic bag myth', plain wrong, see cromwell polythene for correct information.
iHasco do not appear to offer any corroborated research to support their material. As a training provider, they must be accountable for their courses.
I have completed every course they provide to the company for which I work. At iHasco's request, I have completed feedback which in the main, has been highly negative because the training is of such poor standard. Their attempt at mental health training is irresponsible. On the one positive note, their presenters are actually good. Clear diction and delivery even if their content is suspect.
Whenever I have to undertake one of their courses now, I take careful notes, I check their claims and then include that as feedback.
I have a time weighted document which relates to iHasco slides with regard to their environmental course if required.
I recommend this company be avoided, I believe them to be a waste of money, incompetent as proven in terms of content and unaccountable as found.

"This course is an eye opener for me"
This course is an eye opener for me. I never knew that if someone unintentionally harms a vulnerable person, it is still considered an abuse. Also, learning about the “Person centred approach to care”and the “Duty of Candour’’ was enlightening.

"Excellent interactive training tool"
It was concise, constructive in easily digestible chunks for learning. I especially liked the summary after each video alongside the short quiz to absorb the knowledge. I would highly recommend!

"A very informative course on many…"
A very informative course on many aspects of safeguarding children. I have learnt alot about all the different types of problems a child could experience. Though very sad to hear that these types of things occur, it is with this knowledge we can all help to safeguard all the children we may encounter.

"This was a great course"
This was a great course, clearly delivered and very explanatory. I'm left in a much better position to carry out manual handling tasks than before the training.
