Was very happy with the service only a couple of minor problems due to the order however it was very quickly rectified,the installation guys were very good and was very happy with the results,was very happy that the whole job was completed in 3.5 days

Deliveries almost when they said they would be - but I hadn't realised that you had to ask for a phone call to say when a delivery was on its way. otherwise perfect.
Standard of goods is high. No problems with refunds for unused bits.

After visiting Easy Bathrooms at Romford, Jack made us welcome and guided us around the large shop answering all our questions and giving us valuable advice based on our requirements.
There were a couple of small snags, which once contacting Jack, they were resolved quickly and efficiently. Thanks Jack for making difficult decision/process easy :-) would buy from here again but we don't need to as we love our new bathroom.

"Could have been better service"
Showroom staff friendly and helpful with sale but delivery service poor. We paid £65 for 2 man delivery and the delivery driver was very unhelpful. My wife was at home on her own and the driver refused to even leave on driveway and left item on pathway meaning my wife had to call 2 friends to come round and move to a safe place.
Went back to showroom to complain and was told that was the service we paid for and it was an extra £30 to leave in a safe place. I would have paid if told this.
