We ordered a shower enclosure and tray on the companies website after viewing the products in one of their showrooms. Delivery was quick and the carrier was very good. Took a lot of care with the delivery and the boxes were in perfect condition when they arrived. Highly recommend.

"Overall, to be recommended "

The staff in the showroom were incredibly helpful. The displays were well set out and it was easy to visualise in situ. The quality of the fittings is good.
A couple of little gripes, our delivery was 2 days late - in part due to bad weather. We had paid £65 delivery fee ( slightly cheeky in the first place when you are spending so much money with them) but we were not offered a proportion of it back for the inconvenience.
There is a £20 ‘restocking fee’ so best not to change your mind about an item and they do not take back any unopened tiles, grout or silicone at all.
We did not use the installation service as we were doing it ourselves - instructions lacking or not always clear!
Overall, I would recommend.

"Great customer service at its best"

We picked Dune marble effect tiles 330 by 1000 for the walls of our bathroom and Blake helped us. He did a really good job. We came in to the shop not long before closing but he took the time with us to draw our bathroom to imagine how it would look like. Blake was very efficient when drawing the bathroom, doing it quickly and including the little details. Great customer service at it’s best. I would have preferred to get free shipping because of the order value. Maybe company rules could change in customer favour. Thanks Blake.
