"Materials delivered broken"

Materials delivered broken, tiles measured incorrectly incurring additional visit/cost from installer. Was told 4 times mirror on back order would be in on a certain day only to find it wasn't, and i was never notified, so visited each time, then had to rearrange the installer at short notice for him. Never had an apology from the branch.

The salesman Taylor was great with advice and very knowledgeable on the stock ,the things we ordered came into store quickly and were delivered to us on time the driver was kind and carried things in for us .

William Dontot in the Oxford branch was helpful in every way, giving good advice and completing the complicated order and subsequent minor changes competently. His two colleagues in the shop were also friendly and helpful. There were problems, however. The bath arrived with several scratches and cracks, and it took five days and a lot of convincing for it to be replaced, which held up our bathroom fitter badly, adding a lot of time to the length of the job. When we needed one extra box of tiles, that also took five days to arrive, since there are no deliveries over a very long weekend. There were also small leaks in the radiator we bought, which our fitter had to deal with. So the service in the shop was good, but the company's organisation does not favour the clients.

brought new complete bathroom from Easy Bathroom. Sales staff were friendly and informative and gave time for my choices. Delivery was perfect and I'm really happy with quality of bathroom now installed. Would purchase from them again

Ordered a bath panel for collection.
It did not arrive on the date specified and no one bothered to contact me, so I wasted a day when I had planned to drive and collect it.

Again no one bothered to contact me and I had to chase to find out if it was delivered to the store.

The bath panel actually turned out to be not suitable for our installation due to the tiles used. I enquired about returning it and was told I could if it was in resaleable condition (and to share photos to prove it was). I shared photos showing it was still in the original packaging so fine for resale.

But I have no received a reply stating it is a "special item and no returnable". This completely contradicts what I was previously told and I was not made aware of this at purchase. There is no reason this item could not be resold, so under UK distance selling rules it would be illegal not to offer a refund.

went to buy 6 radiators, guys on desk laugh at me also didn't really help ... lol
then I bought the radiators somewhere else ... say goodby to £1600, LOL

update on your reply: too late to apologies ... better if you check your employee becasue they are terrible, lazy and not helping ... u loose not me ...

"Excellent Service"

Really good value for money: bought porcelain tiles which were on sale - no breakages and tiler stated that they were of excellent quality. Staff gave really good advice regarding grout and adhesive. Tiles and radiator arrived on time with helpful deliveryman. Had a complete bathroom from them a few years ago, and it still looks like new. Would highly recommend.
