"Searching for our bathroom refit"

Aaron greeted us as soon as we walked in and said if we needed any help or advice to give him a shout-it was a pleasure to see a happy face.
We made our way around the ground and 1st floor on a number of occasions and had a quick chat with Aaron on our journey.
After having chosen quite a number of items we sought out Aaron to get help and advice on what would be our best options in light what we wanted to achieve. He took us around the showroom again until we managed to choose the ideal items.
He also marked the pages in the catalogue so we could find them easily for when we got home to make sure we were happy with our choices before we take the next step.

"Updated information "

Went to showroom on 19th December 2024. Returned to confirm order on 27th December 2024, at which time we paid a deposit with a tentative fitment of March. A surveyor came and also confirmed a date of March. On Monday 17th February after numerous calls to the showroom, to try and obtain our fitment date we complained. This evening we received an email advising fitment would be 19th May!!! This is not acceptable do not recommend this company. The showroom staff tried to be helpful but a 5 month wait is not acceptable. And to be informed via email is poor customer service. We will be demanding a refund of our deposit. Since review of above, the company has offered a new date of installation. Will review further following completion.

"Appalling Customer Service"

These stars are just for the products as the tiles I ordered were really good quality and price and the designs as well were really good. However, no stars for the unsupportive customer service. 2 of the tiles from 2 different boxes came out broken. The tiles I ordered were a large format ones and it wasn’t that I could just ignore the breakage. However, the tiler managed to put them together as we needed to get the work done and cannot afford the delay in project. The appalling customer service just replied saying that they cannot do anything as the tiles have been installed. What do they expect? Who will cover the cost for delayed project and calling the tiler again if I had not got it installed. First I called online and they said contact local store and they asked for proof of breakage and still declined to support after receiving the photos.
