I’ve just purchased a pair of Rossignol Skis from Summit. Absolutely brilliant service from a very attentive and friendly company.
I ordered and paid for the skis on their website. I followed up with a phone call to check how long the order would take to process. Anna was brilliant. She told me they would be prepared and despatch in 2 days, spot on. She followed up with an email to ask if I wanted their technician to set up my bindings, I gave her the settings (perfectly set up when they arrived). Anna sent me an email the next day to confirm despatch. I live in Northern Ireland so the DPD delivery took 2 days as expected. Skis arrived perfectly and securely packaged. Not 24 hour delivery as advertised. Ordered on Friday morning expecting a Monday delivery as needed items for a holiday on Wednesday. Not arrived Monday, get a message on Tuesday to say will be Wednesday delivery which will be too late. Really frustrating.

We bought an Outwell tent from Summits outdoors . To be honest we were a little disappointed as the tent had some manufacturing faults . However the service from Anna at Summits was outstanding.
